Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus Android Debugger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Application Production. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Description of Service
Nexus Android Debugger is a development tool that provides Android debugging capabilities, including but not limited to LLDB-based native debugging, device management, and diagnostic services. The Service is provided as a Visual Studio Code extension and may include associated cloud-based licensing and verification services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, nor shall you use the Service to develop competing products. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, documentation, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Application Production. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You acknowledge that the use of the Service is at your sole risk and that we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Application Production and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Application Production operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings.
